After a long period without a trade fair presence due to the pandemic, C.R. Laurence of Europe GmbH (CRL, crl.eu) is represented as an exhibitor at BAU in Munich. The company will be showing numerous innovations relating to showers, sliding doors, room partition systems and balustrades on a stand of around 100 square metres in Hall C3.
"We are very pleased to finally exhibit at a presence trade fair again and to meet our customers in person", says Dominik Hinzen, Managing Director of CRL and adds: "Since 2021, CRL has launched a great many new products on the market and BAU is the perfect platform for us to present these to a broad audience". Thematically, the stand is divided into the focal points of fittings for showers, sliding door systems, balustrade systems and room partition systems. In the latter area, CRL works very closely and in many markets exclusively with the Austrian manufacturer Längle Glas-System. To underline the close partnership, Längle Glas-System will be a co-exhibitor on the CRL stand.
European shower door fittings take centre stage
In the shower sector, the focus will be on the shower door fittings that CRL has developed especially for the European markets. The series based around the Bellagio swing door fitting, the flush-fitting Lugano lift-and-lower hinge and the Como stop hinge have been a great success since their market launch. "Reduced design, sensible features and durability tests that have been passed over 100,000 cycles are very well received by our customers and for the first time offer a good alternative to the established top dogs," Dominik Hinzen is pleased with the success of the new series. The new European range is rounded off by matching accessory products such as shower door knobs, stabilising bars, towel rails and much more. The new hardware lines can be seen for the first time at a trade fair.
New CRL Vision balustrade system
CRL has also launched the new CRL VISION balustrade system, which is very easy and quick to install and adjust. The system consists of only a few components. In addition to the profiles, which are the same for all glass thicknesses from 16.76 mm to 25.52 mm laminated safety glass, you only need to select the appropriate mounting kit. This contains the adjustable clamps for the respective glass thickness as well as the matching rubber seals. In addition, there are accessories such as inner and outer corners or cladding sheets. CRL VISION is approved for both private and public applications and has a general building authority test certificate for 0.5kN or 1.0kN. In addition, a system statics is available for the railing system.
Office partition systems
As the exclusive sales partner for Germany and other European countries, CRL presents four different room partition systems from the Office series by Längle Glas-System. In addition to the tried and tested Office XL systems for special sound insulation requirement
s and Office NY for exclusive loft style, new products will also be presented. In the case of Office Swing Door, the CRL380 hydraulic corner fitting is used in the system as a swing door, while Office Top Light offers a frame with a fanlight that does not require a profile between the fanlight and the door leaf, thus creating a transparent look. Office TT is a new frame for Simonswerk's Tectus glass door hinge, which impresses with its minimalist design.
