CRL Melbourne Series Adjustable Hinges allow adjustment to accommodate the desired angle (up to 60 degrees). This hinge features has large hinge plates that provide more clamping force. For ease of glass fabrication, a simple rectangular cut-out is required. Constructed of forged solid brass, the Melbourne Series is for use with 1/2", 3/8", and 5/16" (12, 10, and 8 mm) thick tempered glass.
Using two hinges with 1/2", 3/8", and 5/16" glass (12, 10, and 8 mm) the hinge will hold up to 100 lbs. (45 kg) with a maximum door width of 30" (762 mm).
Using three hinges with 1/2", 3/8", and 5/16" glass (12, 10, and 8 mm) the hinge will hold up to 120 lbs. (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 34" (864 mm).
Using two hinges with 1/2", 3/8", and 5/16" glass (12, 10, and 8 mm) the hinge will hold up to 100 lbs. (45 kg) with a maximum door width of 30" (762 mm).
Using three hinges with 1/2", 3/8", and 5/16" glass (12, 10, and 8 mm) the hinge will hold up to 120 lbs. (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 34" (864 mm).
