The CRL Madrid Series of Hinges gives the display and cabinet builder a versatile and functional pivot hinge that does not require glass fabrication. The unique hinge design utilizes tapered shims to hold the glass snug. Because there are no holes to drill, or notches to cut in the glass, the Madrid is one of the easiest-to-mount hinges you will ever use. For most display and cabinet applications, the Madrid's pivot can be mounted directly into the cabinet top and base to provide a quick and easy installation.
You must order the Basic Kit and specify the finish you desire. The Basic Kit contains everything you will need for your installation except for the Top Mounting Hardware, which may be purchased separately. The Basic Kits are available for two thickness of glass, 5/16" or 3/8". Pick the appropriate one which meets your needs.
Kit Includes: Tapered Base Plate Shim; Base Plate; Setting Blocks; 2 Hinges (1 Top, 1 Bottom); Allen Wrench; Nylon Bushing; and Tapered Glass Shims.
